5. Warranty and Returns
Warranty: All engines and gearboxes sold by Value Engine & Gearbox are covered by our standard warranty, the terms of which are specified on the product page or provided at the time of sale. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a specified period from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, accidents, or modifications. The warranty is void if the product is installed without a new oil filter, spark plugs (for engines), and other standard components as recommended by the manufacturer.
Returns: Returns are only accepted with prior authorization from Value Engine & Gearbox. To initiate a return, you must contact us at sales@valueengineandgearbox.com within [Specify Time, e.g., 14 days] of receiving the product. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued. The product must be returned in its original, uninstalled, and undamaged condition.
